The Woman in Black

The Woman in Black

The narrative follows a young lawyer, Arthur Kipps, who is arranged to go into some remote village and then sort a deceased client's newspapers. Since he works from the client's isolated house, Kipps begins to discover his unease when he glimpses a woman dressed only in 31, climbing, tragic keys. Receiving silence that was only by the natives, Kipps is forced to find the identity of this lady in Black on his own, leading to a desperate race against time when he finds her real identity.
