Nightmare Beach

Florida: Cyclist Edward Santer, known as "Diablo", is electrocuted for murder. He mosts likely to the chair opposing his virtue, claiming he was set up by the regional cops chief and also pledging vengeance from past the grave. Several teens are quickly discovered dead, having been electrocuted. It appears Diablo's curse has actually come true. The mayor keeps the murders quiet since the town is commemorating "Springtime Break", an annual festival in which thousands of pupils invest all their dollars having fun. Suspects include the community's alcoholic medical professional, the fascist cops chief and Reverend Bates, whose rebellious little girl is making love with every young man visible.
