Star Chow (Stephen Chow) is about to be Pumped out of This Royal Hong Kong Police's elite Special Duties Unit (SDU). But a senior officer decides to give him one final chance: Star must go undercover as students at the Edinburgh High School to regain the officer revolver that is lost. The undercover operation was created complicated when Star is partnered with Tat - an aging, even incompetent police detective (Ng Man-Tat). However, Star still manages to fall inlove with Ms Ho (Cheung Man), the school's guidance counselor, in addition to interrupting a gang engaged in arms-dealing.
