The Chessplayer

At 1934 Diego Padilla Matches Marianne Latour, with a journalist and wins Chess' Spanish Championship, plus they fall in love. At the close of the Civil War, Marianne convinces Diego to reside using their union in France, where after Diego will likely soon probably be accused of spying by the Nazis and imprisoned at an SS prison. In prison, Diego will take to to survive because of the passion for chess of Colonel Maier in a hostile environment.
