Quito 2023

May be the year 2023. Quito was surrounded by Leonardo Ponce, a dictator which took charge of their city at the 2010's. A group of revolutionaries led by Marcos and Santiago are on the verge of giving a coup d'état. Hours before the attack steps and starts asking tough questions which led everyone to reevaluate why are they doing so. In Ponce's palace, he is hoping to decode what is going on at town wall. There's movement that is unusual and one of those revolutionaries is recorded. Ponce tries to receive as much information as he can from him. Confined to just two locations, Quito 2023 shows the side of the hopelessness of some region, the battles of their leaders and their revolution that may not be controlled.
