Coming To My Senses

Aaron Baker was paralyzed from the neck down after breaking his neck in a motocross accident in 1999. Despite the doctors' dire diagnosis, Aaron decided not to listen to those who said 'he had a million-to-one chance of ever feeding himself again' and instead worked hard to restore as much mobility as possible over the next 16 years. This adventure into the unknown brought him from the depths of sadness to the delights of cross-country road tripping with his mother and friends on tandem bicycles, and eventually ended in the creation of a socially conscious low-cost gym aimed at boosting mobility for the disabled. Now, in Coming To My Senses, we see Aaron go on one final expedition that represents his recovery: crossing a 20-mile stretch of Death Valley on foot without assistance. Will he, however, make it?
